Our client, a nationwide restaurant group in San Diego, is looking for a Digital Menu / QA Coordinator to join their team on a freelance basis.
This role will be fully remote, about 30-40 hours/week for one year.
This Digital Menu / QA Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Support - Communicate with both internal and external teams to understand scope of menus buildouts and layouts.
How Menu is setup through POS team so we know how to build in both legacy and Qu systems.
- Inbox Support
- Create processes for support for the field teams as well as creating support tickets as they relate to the menu.
- Assist with communication to field operations when changes arise.
- Coordinate with outside teams to understand menu setup capabilities as well as setup .
Kiosk menu support.
- Maintain an understanding of the company digital menu and all menu items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize menu item information.
- Conduct regular audits of menus to ensure accuracy and consistency across digital.
- Create and maintain a database of menu item information for easy access and reference.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline menu publishing processes.
This Digital Menu Coordinator / QA will need:
- 2+ years experience with POS systems and/or QA
- Incredible attention to detail
- Nice to have: Digital Menu Experience
- Creative Problem Solving
