This role is responsible for creating vertical and specialized solutions using Solution Launchpad that are useful, relevant, and easy for new customers to launch and can be sold easily by our direct team, franchises, and partners. You will be working with the direct sales team, the product team, the marketing team, and the go-to-market team, but the majority of your time will be spent researching & building solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop vertical and specialized solutions using Solution Launchpad that address specific customer needs and pain points within the [industry/niche].
- Collaborate with direct sales team, product marketing, and partners to learn what solutions customers are reaching for and which verticals are best for us to serve
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize features required for solution development.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key metrics for measuring solution success, including revenue generation, M4 churn rate, and goal achievement.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks to track and analyze the performance of solutions post-launch.

Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of related experience, required.
- 5+ years of related experience, preferred. • Strong understanding of how small businesses leverage business automation to grow
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
