Make an Impact

Fossil Group is looking for a Demand Planner to join our team. This role will play a pivotal role in planning for all channels of our Americas business by working with both Direct to Consumer and wholesale cross-functional teams.
Essential Responsibilities:

Forecast monthly demand for rolling 18 months
Coordinate with Sales, Retail, and Ecom teams to develop a sku level forecast bottoms up that aligns to our tops down financial plans
Facilitate the regional inventory management strategy, including driving our liquidation and excess stock process
Assist in managing key metrics (sales, returns, markdowns/on order and margins)
Work with Supply planners to ensure proper flow and delivery of merchandise
Build and maintain various reports to assist in meeting sales objectives
Ad hoc special projects as needed
