Responsibilities:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and progress.
- Collaborate with team members to gather data, interpret findings, and present recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support to management.
- Utilize tools like Excel, SQL/Access, and Power BI to manipulate and visualize data effectively.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Access.
- Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in process improvement and optimization.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
