We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. This position can be based either in a home office or at our office location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help our customers.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Provide product information and assistance to customers
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
