The Product Owner ( Customer Digital Strategy)  will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that enhance customer experience and engagement. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital strategies to improve customer experience across all digital channels.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize content across various Content Management Systems (CMS) to enhance user experience.
• Oversee e-commerce operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement of digital initiatives.
• Implement analytics tools to track performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
• Apply project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of digital projects and initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts to adopt new digital tools and practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer experience strategy and digital marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience with User Experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and their application in digital strategy.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing and online advertising (SEO, SEM).
• Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience in change management and driving digital transformation initiatives.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
