Your role in our mission - Experience/knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial claims processing from working in a provider office or health insurance company environment.
- Familiarity with health care claims billing procedures (HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10-CM, etc.)
- Proven writing skills to include grammar and punctuation
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision in a strong team environment
What we're looking for - Ability to respond to customer requests within contractual timeframes
- Ability to represent the written correspondence department at internal meetings or client meetings as needed
- Ability to analyze inquiries, then resolve inquiries by following established guidelines for gathering data, conducting research, or routing inquiries to the appropriate area
- Ability to read and understand new Medicaid policies and procedures and incorporate this information in the responses to written inquires as needed
- Ability to develop concise, accurate, and grammatically correct responses to written inquiries

The pay range for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
