You’ll be instrumental in shaping how customers interact with their financial tools, crafting compelling narratives that empower them to take control of their finances. As a Content Designer, you’ll be a key player in a dynamic team focused on transforming the financial landscape. You’ll collaborate with designers to create engaging experiences for web and mobile platforms, from crafting intuitive navigation to writing clear and concise error messages. Your insights will directly influence how users interact with financial products, shaping a more user-friendly and accessible financial ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and write UX content for web and mobile experiences across all touchpoints, including navigation, user interface copy, emails, push notifications, and in-app notifications.
- Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone.
- Use data-driven insights about experience gaps and customer pain points to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions.
- Drive the definition of a clear and actionable strategic direction for content in this problem/solution space.
- Coordinate and advise content designers on other teams to share context and clarity gleaned from customer research.
- Use data and research to evaluate your content's impact and push for continuous improvement that shows real results.
Qualifications:
- Excellent, highly creative writing and critical thinking skills.
- 6+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Science, or related field.
- Experience working with content standards, like style and voice and tone guidelines.
- Experience in financial services, B2B or B2C e-commerce.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set stakeholder expectations, navigate ambiguity, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
