We are seeking a Construction Engineer with a strong background in wireless construction and project management skills to join our high-demand, fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing changing priorities, vendor relationships, and possess excellent communication skills. We need a professional who can hit the ground running.

As a Construction Project Manager for RAN Network Construction, you will:

• Manage complex, large-scale projects impacting various stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail while keeping the big picture in mind.
• Identify potential project roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, making effective decisions quickly and juggling competing priorities with ease.

• Proven ability to drive progress.
• Excellent data analytics and database management skills.
• Ability to provide clear and concise direction to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong ability to manage changing and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Ericsson base stations, remote radio units, Nokia/Ciena transport equipment, JMA and Commscope Remote Electrical Tilt Antennas, hybrid cables, and CPRI mux/patch panels.

• Ability to provide accurate, timely, and concise communications.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Adaptability to different settings and the ability to investigate and implement alternate approaches to resolve problems with minimal management input.
