BJC is seeking an experienced people leader to join our Medical Group Compliance team. The Compliance Manager will be the subject matter expert and assist the team with audits, disputes, etc. This is a dynamic and hands on role where your expertise and leadership skills will be fully utilized.

- Monday - Friday; days only!
- Hybrid position! Primarily work from home with occasional onsite meetings, so must be within driving distance to St Louis Metro area. The first month may be in person for training at our Mason Ridge location in West County.
- Ideal candidate would have a CPC or RHIT certification, leadership and auditing experience.

MGR COMPLIANCE 1) Operations & Investigations; 2) Process Improvement & Education: Provides management, leadership, and guidance in all matters concerning the Corporate Compliance Program. Ensures appropriate communication and information exchange with all levels of BJC and WUSM. Builds collaborative teams that strive to minimize organizational risk in an environment that focuses on continuous improvement and business results that meet or exceed every customer's expectation
