Location: On site in Memphis, TN, Nashville, TN, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, Lafayette, LA, Naples, FL or Birmingham, AL.

Summary:

We are looking for a communications specialist who has exceptional speaking and writing skills, is a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, who works well under pressure, and drives to meet deadlines. Applicants should be innovative, flexible, organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and build strong relationships with business partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop communication plans and strategies for business initiatives, understanding the business needs, and coordinating distribution.
• Use strong writing, speaking, listening and organization skills to help the organization achieve successful outcomes.
• Adhere to the bank’s brand strategy and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with marketing and corporate communications teams.
• Consider the needs of and promotes goodwill with both clients and associates.
• Prepare agendas.
• Very lead sources and quality of information.
• Organize content for browsing and archiving.
• Research data, create ideas, write copy, lay out artwork, obtain approvals, coordinate distribution.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

1. Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
