Cloud Observability Engineer (Datadog & Dynatrace)

Your role in our mission - Should have minimum of five years' experience as cloud and observability tools engineer.
- At least three plus years of experience in architecting muti-cloud environments
- At least three plus years of experience using tools like Cloudwatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, Dynatrace or Splunk.
- Should have expertise in building Ansible Playbook configuration management.
- Should have experience working with Terraform for IaC
- Experience in GitHub source code administration
- Good to have ServiceNow exposure with ITOM and ITSM framework.
- Good to have experience in Azure / AWS.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred
- Should have good technical experience in monitoring and observability along with multi-cloud exposure to gain insights and improve performance of applications and infrastructure using tools and platforms like Dynatrace, Splunk and Cloudwatch. Instrument APM and RUM for critical business applications running on both server based and container based solutions.
Other Qualifications - Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills to communicate with clients, support personnel and management.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly Ability to anticipate problems, deal with and resolve ambiguity and take decisive action.
- Ability to work with relational databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamwork Environment Office environment May require evening or weekend work.
