As a Chemical Engineer II, you will design and optimize chemical manufacturing processes, leveraging expertise in chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics to address complex challenges in producing chemicals, fuels, pharmaceuticals, food, and other products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide daily support to manufacturing operations.
* Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
* Monitor and analyze production processes for optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
* Conduct detailed analysis and prepare technical reports.
* Design and execute experiments to support process development.
* Estimate production costs and analyze budget impacts.
* Manage and execute productivity improvement projects.
* Develop scope and plans for capital improvement projects.

U.S. Person Requirement:
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

YOU MUST HAVE:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
* 2+ years of experience within a chemical manufacturing environment
