Job Description
The Maintenance Coordinator - Smart Home is responsible for managing new and existing Smart Home work orders. Communicating with Residents, vendors, PM team, IT and Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Coordinator - Smart Home is responsible for coordinating Smart Home maintenance for all occupied homes.Manage Smart Home Work Orders
- Coordinating with various resources to manage and complete open Smart Home work orders daily
- Updating Smart Home work orders in WO system with daily updates provided by vendor, PM team, IT and Maintenance Technicians
- Communicating with Resident's and troubleshooting Smart Home work orders
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong typing skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving experience is a plus
- Prior Maintenance experience preferred
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Yardi preferred

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
