Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $19.88.
The current full hourly range for this position is $19.88 - $24.41.
Join our amazing Youth Engagement Team for Summer Day Camps 2025! From June 25 through August 29, we’ll be hosting camps at the Center at Norpoint, Wapato Park & Pavilion, and Titlow Park & Lodge. These camps provide children ages 5–12 with opportunities to play, learn, and grow while building lasting friendships and memories. In this role, you’ll lead a group of staff and campers through a wide variety of activities—from arts and crafts to camp-wide games like dodgeball. You'll also be responsible for supervising camp counselors, overseeing daily camper check-in and check-out, managing camper counts, and ensuring the smooth operation of all camp activities. This position works closely with the full Youth Engagement staff and requires high energy, strong leadership, and a passion for creating meaningful camp experiences. Excellent customer service skills are also essential, as you'll regularly interact with campers and their parents or guardians to ensure a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for everyone.
