Full Job Description
The Times Media Company, a division of Lee Enterprises, has a full time building maintenance position available. The individual will oversee all indoor and outdoor building maintenance for our Munster, Indiana facility and occasionally at our Valparaiso, Indiana location.

Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning
- Routine maintenance
- Janitorial including basic plumbing and electrical
- Pickup and deliveries
- Grounds keeping including lawn care, snow removal and general outdoor repairs
- Previous building maintenance experience needed
- Basic mechanical skills
- Must be proactive and have good organization skills
- Ability to work independently and also work with a variety of departments and personnel
