Job Description:
- Support Customer Service by performing routine tasks
- Seek ways to improve work processes within established procedures
- Interact with client personnel on basic information
- Receive regular direction from a supervisor and escalate questions and issues

- Flexibility to work between the hours of 6am to 6pm MST
- Ability to assist with Inbound and outbound calls
