Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedAssociate Director, Operationsfor our rapidly expanding printing facilities in Dallas, Texas. This leadership role is critical in managing operations effectively and ensuring our facility produces top-tier animal identification products for the agricultural and consumer markets. The successful candidate will be a change agent, dedicated to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Operations Department, ensuring effective management of productivity, inventory, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Oversee the forecasting, implementation, and achievement of annual budgeting goals, with a keen focus on identifying opportunities for strategic operational improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with the leadership team to maintain a productive workflow and enhance operational systems.
- Cultivate a high-performing team through clear management objectives, performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the commercial division to ensure a seamless customer experience by effectively communicating customer concerns and working towards innovative solutions.
- Develop and monitor long-range strategic plans and benchmarks, identifying trends and action plans with measurable outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws, regularly reviewing and updating procedures as needed.

- Flexibility:Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives and operational performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations management, or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on team leadership.
- Proficient in SAP and experienced in driving continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with the development of improved production systems through automation.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
