Job Summary: The Information and Technology Services (ITS) organization at the University of Michigan has an exciting opportunity for an Application Development Manager, responsible for Human Capital Management (HCM) product development. Our systems and solutions deliver to a wide-cross section of customers including faculty, staff, students, retirees and campus administrators. Human Capital Management products and services provide enterprise solutions for Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, and employee development training systems. We are looking for a candidate who will contribute to the innovative strategic technical direction of HCM products and services. In addition to technical leadership and strategy, you will also manage a team of application developers. You will report directly to the Assistant Director, HCM Systems. This position is eligible for hybrid or onsite work modes, that are at the discretion of the hiring department.
