Overview
As an Application Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of SOFIE's instance of Trackwise electronic Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its seamless operation and compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will perform Administrator tasks in cooperation with other application administrators. This includes analyzing business requirements, assisting in the implementation of solutions, and providing backup support for administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Trackwise system, including user account management, security roles, and access controls.
* Configure and customize the Trackwise system to meet business requirements, including workflows, forms, and reports.
* Manage Trackwise change controls, requirement specifications, operational qualification technical testing.
* Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot application issues, and coordinate with IT for resolution for Trackwise and pharmacy applications.
* Host regular steering committee meetings with system module owners and SOFIE leadership.
* Proficiently handle Salesforce administration tasks such as managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, and other configuration tasks.
* Develop and deliver user training programs, create and maintain system documentation, and update training materials as needed.
* Ensure the Trackwise system is compliant with regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
* Identify and lead opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
* Generate and analyze system reports to support business operations and decision-making.
* Provide administrator support to other application administrators.
* Travel - up to 20% domestically.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in QMS administration or a similar role.
* Proficiency in Trackwise or other Salesforce QMS configuration and customization, knowledge of SQL, and experience with system integrations.
* Highly skilled with Salesforce administration, including user management and configuration tasks. Some experience with Salesforce development is a plus.
* Experience gathering user requirements, writing test scripts, and performing user acceptance testing.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non- technical users.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus.
