Full Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Represent the company in a positive way by greeting customers in a warm and timely manner
- First line of interaction with customers and ensures customers are attended to after initial greeting
- Assist Client Advisors in ensuring customers are comfortable and at any point of time attended to by any of the Client Advisors on the floor
- Address customers’ queries by directing them to any of the Client Advisors promptly
Qualifications
- Shift work required including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to multi task at work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Uniforms and training will be provided
