The Operations Support Specialist provides administrative, technical, and specialized support for purchasing and inventory management. This includes processing invoices, credit card payments, and requisitions; review goods receipt and invoices to assure accuracy; research; and back up plant procurement, scheduling, and supply room. The Operations Support Specialist helps promote process improvements. You will work directly with AG Operations Manager in an Agriculture facility that produces Birds Eye products.
You Will:
- Review invoices, receive paperwork, and inventory transactions for accuracy.
- Provide backup and perform tasks for procurement, scheduling, inventory control, and supply room associates.
- Write purchase requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services.
- Monitor and expedite the delivery of purchased goods and services to support procurement and maintenance departments.
- Maintain compliance with all corporate and plant policies.
You Have:
- Associates Degree in Business or Finance.
- Microsoft Knowledge.
- SAP Knowledge.
- Experience working in Fresh-Pack food facility.
- Deadline- Oriented.
- Time Consciousness.
- Customer Service experience.
