Position Description:
Advertising Senior Specialist
This role is responsible to lead the Decideware platform enterprise wide and support the sourcing of creative agency services, within Marketing Procurement supporting the total category spend of $450M. This role reports to the Associate Director of Procurement for Creative Agencies.
The candidate will support the re-development of the Decideware platform and the procurement requirements to implement the tool globally. This will include platform strategy, global category management, surveys, scope shells, rate card management, risk management, stakeholder management, and supplier value management within the creatives category.
Primary activities include but not limited to:
Lead global, cross-functional initiatives for Decideware encompassing current state / new functionality, change management, Local market requirements across the enterprise.
Responsible for Decideware including Scope Management, Surveys and training of stakeholders and agencies
Review Agency Scope of Work and staff plan for proposed roles, FTE Hours, Rate structure to provide financial guidance to the stakeholders
Manage supplier contract negotiations from initial contracting review to contract signing/execution.
Implement Supplier Value Management with key suppliers in the category to foster innovation, manage supplier performance, establish a Governance Model, and ensure continuous improvement.
Develop, sustain, and evolve global stakeholder relationships through a service mindset.
Identify and deliver on key metrics including savings, supplier diversity and working capital to established objectives while ensuring value generation, resource management, talent investment, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) integration and business continuity.
Actively support diversity, both within the Company as well as expanding relationships and spend with diverse suppliers.

Undergraduate Degree Required
Required Experience and Skills:
5-7 years of experience in agency compensation. Ability to review agency multipliers to make recommendation on industry standard benchmarks for Time & Material and deliverable agency rates
5-7 years of Procurement, Business Management and / or Marketing specific experience
Agile mindset, ability to learn quickly and connect the dots
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
Cultural awareness and sensitivity required
Demonstrates solid leadership capabilities, with strengths in collaboration, written and verbal communications, and cross-functional teamwork

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
