Administrative Assistant / Project Admin - FULLY REMOTE
Full Job Description
Administrative Assistant will provide support to two managers, will assist with the scheduling of staff, arrangement of meetings and will manage the work order system and phones. This position will serve as the department coordinator of scheduled work order times and dates. Communication is a vital role for this position.

Responsibilities
- We seek highly organized and self-motivated Remote Administrative Assistants to join our team.
- In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team and assist with the company's day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, contracts, and other documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain and organize client files and records.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing expenses.
- Provide support to clients as needed.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus
