Duties:

Description of the daily duties using the technology tools above:
My team receives data from a webstation and it is input into Excel. From there, they work in Guidewire Claim Center, Property & Casualty Claim System, to manually update assignment status for our Auto and Property Adjusters based on scheduled PTO and other needs. My team uses Box, especially Box/Excel Online, to conduct their regular duties and secondary audits in support of the core obligations of this project. One candidate from this posting will almost exclusively align to a Workforce Management Analyst to support scheduling needs
What are some job responsibilities specific to your team for this role?
Four times per day, my team runs a report to identify the scheduling needs for our Auto and Property Claim Teams. These reports are input into Excel, and the data instructs my team to remove an adjuster from assignments, or return them to active work, based on scheduling. They also complete calculations and adjustments for workload volume, ensuring that our Claim Teams operating within Guidewire Claim Center receive the appropriate amount of work based on their staffing. In addition, my team conducts audits for our Auto and Property Claim Teams, ensuring that workload distribution figures and assignment groups are accurate throughout our Claim Teams. My team serves as a support resource to additional workstreams within Workforce Optimization. They assist with Voicemail and Phone profile audits for new hire classes and schedule construction as well, in partnership with our Training and Event Coordination (TEC) Team.
