What You'll Do
The 401(k) Intern works closely with a mentor in the department to understand what information is needed to provide excellent written and verbal customer service to plan sponsors and participants.
As an intern, you will gain first-hand experience in:
- Assist current associates with incoming and outgoing phone calls and email correspondence
- Support customers with empathy and understanding
- Provide assistance to associates by handling a variety of tasks that support 401(k).
- Build internal and external business to business relationships
What it Takes
To be considered for this position, the following criteria is necessary:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or associate degree in business management, business administration, or a related field
- Obtain a minimum in-major GPA of 3.00
- Expected graduation in May 2027
- Sentry does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience
